Delete your account and associated data.
Start in the authenticated web companion. You will be asked to sign in recently and type a confirmation before the request is accepted.
// WHAT HAPPENS
Access ends first; deletion continues asynchronously.
- The request is created once and assigned a request identifier.
- Sessions and push tokens are revoked, and new purchases are blocked.
- Direct Stripe renewal is canceled. Store-managed subscriptions require a separate Apple or Google cancellation.
- Account, identity, profile, social, chat, device, world, realm, progression, and competitive data is removed or anonymized across connected systems.
- Ordinary deletion completes within 30 days. The authenticated status page reports queued, processing, completed, or retrying status.
// BILLING
Cancel store subscriptions separately.
Apple and Google do not allow MegaMine to cancel a store subscription on your behalf. Account deletion proceeds even if store cancellation is incomplete, but the store may continue billing until you cancel there.
// LIMITED RETENTION
Some records cannot be erased immediately.
We retain only financial, tax, fraud, moderation, security, dispute, and legal records that are reasonably required, using pseudonymous identifiers where practical. The full schedule appears in the privacy policy. Deletion does not create a refund or transfer virtual items to another account.
If you cannot sign in, email contact@jpwilliamson.org. We will ask for information needed to verify account ownership and recover or delete the correct account.
