Agreement and scope
These terms are an agreement between you and JPWilliamson Ventures LLC (“JPWilliamson Ventures,” “we,” or “us”). They apply to this website and to services that link to them. Product-specific terms, including the MegaMine terms, also apply where stated. If product-specific terms conflict with these general terms, the product-specific terms control for that product.
By accessing a service, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accounts
Our account-based consumer services are intended for people age 13 or older. We block registration by people under 16 in the EEA, United Kingdom, and other places requiring that threshold unless a verified parental-consent process is available. A parent or legal guardian must review these terms where local law requires their consent.
You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You may not sell, share, or transfer an account except through a process we expressly provide.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services to:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade sanctions or export controls;
- harass, exploit, threaten, impersonate, or endanger another person;
- introduce malware, disrupt service, bypass access controls, or probe systems without permission;
- automate access in a way that harms the service or other people; or
- buy, sell, launder, or manipulate virtual items outside an expressly supported feature.
Product community rules may impose additional conduct and safety requirements.
Purchases, subscriptions, and seller of record
JPWilliamson Ventures LLC is the seller of record for purchases completed directly on our websites. Stripe processes those payments. Apple or Google is responsible for billing and store administration when a purchase is completed through its store, subject to that store’s terms.
Subscription prices, billing periods, benefits, and currency are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Taxes may be added where required. A price change applies only after the notice and consent required by law or the applicable store.
For direct Stripe subscriptions, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period. Apple and Google subscriptions must be managed in the applicable store. Details are in our cancellation policy.
Digital delivery and refunds
Digital products are normally delivered to the signed-in account after the payment provider verifies payment. Provider delays or outages may defer delivery. Do not repeat a purchase when delivery is delayed; contact support with the receipt. See ourdigital delivery policy andrefund policy.
Virtual items and currency
Virtual currency and items are limited, revocable licenses for use within the applicable product. They are not money, stored value, property, or a deposit; have no cash value; and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for money. Purchased MegaCoins do not expire while the account and applicable service remain available. Promotional or subscription grants may follow the conditions disclosed with that grant.
We may correct balances affected by error, fraud, refund, reversal, or unauthorized activity. We will not display a negative wallet balance, but an unrecovered refunded value may restrict further spending while support or fraud review is pending.
Content, intellectual property, and feedback
We and our licensors retain rights in our software, brands, designs, and service content. You retain rights in content you submit. You give us a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and improve the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.
Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, but we do not claim ownership of it.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, investigate fraud, address payment reversals, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an appeal or support route. You may stop using a service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the applicable privacy policy.
Service availability and liability
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every error will be corrected. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, JPWilliamson Ventures is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our aggregate liability arising from a paid service will not exceed the greater of US $100 or the amount you paid us for that service in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law and changes
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your residence requires otherwise. Courts located in Travis County, Texas have jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you another forum.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced through the service, account email, or this page before they take effect when required. The date above identifies the current version.
