Direct web purchases
Digital purchases made directly from JPWilliamson Ventures LLC are generally final after verified delivery, except where law requires a refund. We will review requests involving duplicate or unauthorized charges, a material product defect, or digital content that was not delivered. Contact us promptly with the account email, purchase date, product, amount, and Stripe receipt or payment identifier.
Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. We evaluate the provider record, delivery, use, applicable law, and fraud signals.
Apple and Google purchases
Apple administers refunds for purchases billed by Apple, and Google administers refunds for purchases billed by Google. Request a refund through the applicable store account or support process. We may provide transaction or entitlement information to the store when needed to resolve the request, but we cannot promise or issue a store-administered refund ourselves.
Subscriptions
Canceling renewal is not a refund. Subscription access normally continues through the paid billing period. A refund or reversal may end access according to the provider-authoritative subscription state. See the cancellation policy.
MegaCoin reversals
If a MegaCoin pack is refunded, reversed, or found unauthorized, we remove remaining unspent purchased coins attributable to that purchase, down to zero. We do not show a negative wallet. If the refunded value has already been spent and cannot be recovered, further spending may be restricted while support or fraud review is pending.
An isolated subscription refund does not claw back a monthly MegaCoin grant that was already issued, unless required to address fraud or provider error.
How approved refunds are returned
Approved refunds return to the original payment method where the provider supports it. Provider and bank processing times vary. We do not refund to a different card, account, virtual currency, or cash channel.
