Compete fairly
- Do not cheat, exploit bugs, manipulate results, collude, or use unauthorized automation.
- Do not evade restrictions or participate through another person’s account.
- Follow published event and competition rules, including eligibility and identity checks.
Treat people with respect
- No threats, harassment, hate, sexual exploitation, stalking, or encouragement of self-harm.
- No doxxing, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, or attempts to obtain private credentials.
- Keep public profiles, chat, builds, and shared content appropriate for a community that includes teens.
Build responsibly
- Share only content you have the right to use.
- Do not publish malware, scams, deceptive links, illegal content, or content that facilitates real-world harm.
- Respect world owners, membership roles, access policies, and other players’ creations.
Commerce and virtual items
- Do not sell accounts, credentials, MegaCoins, virtual items, or access outside supported MegaMine features.
- Do not use chargebacks, refunds, or provider disputes to retain value without payment.
- Never solicit another player’s password, payment details, or store credentials.
Reporting and enforcement
Use in-product reporting where available or contact support. Reports should be truthful and include relevant context. We may remove content, limit communication or commerce, correct results, suspend access, or terminate accounts based on severity, history, safety, and legal requirements. Where appropriate, an affected player can seek review through support.
Immediate danger should be reported to local emergency services.
