Direct Stripe subscriptions
Cancel a subscription purchased on the web from the authenticated account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation stops automatic renewal. It takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period, so benefits remain available until that period ends unless a refund, reversal, or enforcement action changes the entitlement.
Apple subscriptions
Apple subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls renewal, billing, and any available refund. Deleting a MegaMine account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Apple; complete the store cancellation separately.
Google Play subscriptions
Google Play subscriptions are managed in your Google Play subscription settings. Google controls renewal, pause, billing, and any available refund. Deleting a MegaMine account does not itself cancel a subscription managed by Google; complete the store cancellation separately.
Tier changes and access
Provider-supported upgrades may take effect immediately with a prorated charge or credit. Downgrades normally take effect on renewal. When a subscription ends, paid-tier access ends at the provider-authoritative expiration time; purchased MegaCoins remain subject to the terms and refund policy.
