These terms work with the company terms
These product terms supplement the JPWilliamson Ventures terms of service. They apply to the MegaMine Minecraft: Java network, website, account, companion applications, and connected features. If these terms conflict with the general terms, these terms control for MegaMine.
Eligibility and account classification
MegaMine account services are for people age 13 or older. Registration is blocked under 16 in the EEA, United Kingdom, and other jurisdictions requiring that threshold unless a verified parental-consent process is available. We use region and a derived age bracket to apply privacy, contact, safety, and commerce controls.
A Minecraft identity may be linked to one MegaMine account at a time. You may not claim another person’s identity, evade a restriction through another account, or share credentials.
Connected play
Minecraft: Java Edition is required to connect to the game network. Companion features may require a linked Minecraft identity, current game service availability, or a supported app version. MegaMine is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang Studios or Microsoft.
Mega Pass
Mega Pass tiers renew monthly until canceled. Current U.S. web prices and included benefits are listed at /apps/megamine. Store clients display Apple or Google’s localized price before purchase. Subscription status is determined by the billing provider.
Each paid financial period grants its listed monthly MegaCoins once. An in-cycle tier upgrade does not generate a second monthly grant. Provider-supported upgrades may be immediate; downgrades normally begin at renewal. Only one subscription provider may be active on an account at a time, and switching normally requires the old subscription to expire.
If provider records unexpectedly overlap, we honor paid records, expose the highest applicable tier, fulfill promised currency, and review the collision. This fallback does not authorize intentional duplicate subscriptions.
MegaCoins and virtual items
MegaCoins and virtual items are licensed for use in MegaMine only. They have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, transferred outside supported product features, or used as a wager. Purchased MegaCoins do not expire while the account and service remain available. Refunds and reversals follow the refund policy.
Randomized purchase interfaces are not offered in submitted native builds at launch. We may offer clearly disclosed, non-cash gameplay rewards or coin sinks where permitted, subject to safety and platform rules.
Safety and community conduct
The community guidelines are part of these terms. We may moderate chat, profiles, social features, shared worlds, competitive records, and other public or reported content. Serious or repeated violations can result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.
Account deletion
You may start deletion from authenticated settings. Deletion revokes access and is not a way to obtain a refund or transfer virtual items. Apple and Google subscriptions remain managed by the applicable store and must be canceled there. Seedelete a MegaMine account.
